Moreover you can start with "TO DO LIST " noting the places which you love to visit in future or you can choose nearby place to go for a break . It can be a coffee shop or restaurant or beach side. Its not neccesary that you need a partner to accompany .Living alone as a women is a privilege .If there is some advice I could give someone in their 20's 30's is to live alone if you can. Start self love ,respect yourself . Start with 1 new talent which you like to learn and explore at least once a week apart from your work .
