How to Do
Nabhi Oiling
The practice is simple and can be incorporated into a daily routine,
often at night for
maximum absorption:
1.
Clean Ensure
the navel area is clean and dry.
2.
Warm the oil Slightly
warm the oil to a comfortable temperature.
3. Apply Lie down in a relaxed position and place 2-3 drops of oil into
the belly button.
4. Massage Gently massage the area around the navel in a circular motion
for 3-5 minutes,
allowing the oil to penetrate the skin.
5. Rest For best results, leave the oil on overnight. A small cotton ball can
be placed in
the navel to prevent staining clothes.
