🌼 Nutmeg Milk Recipe (for peaceful sleep)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm milk (cow’s milk or plant or Almond milk)

  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder (¼ teaspoon)

  • 2 cardamoms, honey or jaggery (optional / not necessary )

  • A pinch of turmeric or cinnamon (optional for extra calmness)

Method:

  1. Warm 1 glass of  milk gently .

  2. Add nutmeg powder, cardamom, turmeric and stir well and reduce it to half.

  3. Optional: Add honey or jaggery once the milk is slightly cooled.

  4. Sip slowly  before bedtime.
