🌼 Nutmeg Milk Recipe (for peaceful sleep)
Ingredients:

1 cup warm milk (cow’s milk or plant or Almond milk)

1 pinch nutmeg powder (¼ teaspoon)

2 cardamoms, honey or jaggery (optional / not necessary )

A pinch of turmeric or cinnamon (optional for extra calmness)
Method:

Warm 1 glass of milk gently .

Add nutmeg powder, cardamom, turmeric and stir well and reduce it to half.

Optional: Add honey or jaggery once the milk is slightly cooled.

Sip slowly before bedtime.
