🥞 Ragi Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:

Ragi (finger millet ) – 1 cup

Urad dal– ½ cup

Water – as needed

vegetables of your choice eg: carrot , capsicum ( OPTIONAL )

Green chili – 1 (finely chopped, optional)

Salt – to taste

ghee – for cooking
Method:

Prepare the batter:

In a bowl, mix ragi , urad dal in water for soaking for 7 hours .

Grind it along with water into medium thick consistency. Add salt and keep it for 7 hours for fermentation

After 7 hours , whisk it well .

Cooking the dosa:

Heat a non-stick tawa
-
Pour a ladle of batter from a height in circular motion .

Drizzle a few drops of ghee around edges.
Optional - Add grated veggies of your choice

Cook until golden on one side; then flip and cook the other side briefly.

Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
